British Airways On Business Update

We know that the COVID-19 outbreak is an unprecedented global challenge for you. At this uncertain time, BA would like you to know that loyalty is greatly appreciated and never taken for granted. With that in mind, we’ve taken some important steps to support them and give you confidence during this difficult period.
Your company tier status
We’re pleased to let you know that your customers On Business tier status will be protected this year. That means, if they do not spend the amount needed by the end of 2020 to remain in their current tier, they can be assured that their current tier status will be maintained until the end of 2021.
As usual, they will continue to move up to the next tier if your company have reached the required spending thresholds on travel by the end of 2020. For a reminder of the spend thresholds and benefits for each tier, please click here.
For any unused On Business reward flights, a voucher can be claimed to the value of their original booking, which can be put towards a future On Business reward flight booking. The voucher can be claimed via the following link – voucher claim. If they do not wish to claim a voucher please contact British Airways to discuss refund options.
As always, accounts continue to be entitled to a refund for any unused On Business reward flights that are cancelled up to 24 hours before the flight’s departure. The On Business Points will then be credited directly back into their account, and a refunded for the taxes, fees and surcharges issued.
