BA to offer non-stop service between Heathrow and Silicon Valley

Flightline Travel Management is pleased to advise British Airways (BA) will launch a new service to San Jose the main gateway to Silicon Valley, which is home to many of the world’s largest high-tech brands and technology companies.
BA flights from London Heathrow to the San Jose will start from 4 May 2016. BA will operated a 216 seat Dreamliner featuring four cabins with eight seats in First-Class, 42 seats in Club World, 39 in World Traveller Plus and 127 in economy class.
Daily non-stop service for business travellers
The outbound flight departs Heathrow Airport at 15.15 and arrives in San Jose at 18.05. The return service leaves San Jose at 20.00 and lands at Heathrow Airport at 14.05 the next day. With 428 offices from Silicon Valley-headquartered companies located in the UK, it can be expected that the new service will be well-received by business travellers in particular. The new daily service will be the airline’s fourth destination in California alongside Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco.
British Airways is also to increase capacity on its London Heathrow to Las Vegas route to 10 weekly flights from March 27, 2016. At the same time a 12th weekly service will be added on the airline’s route between London Heathrow and Seattle from March 28, 2016.
