Hotel-Line Update: Hyatt Hotels Group launches free Wi-Fi access in all public areas & hotel rooms worldwide

With the launch of free Wi-Fi access to all guests, Hyatt hotels goes a step further than some other hotel chains, where free Wi-Fi access is exlusively available to hotel loyalty scheme members. The rollout is scheduled to start in February 2015 and will cover all Hyatt hotel brands including Andaz, Grand Hyatt,  Hyatt Place and Park Hyatt. Offering free Wi-Fi access to travellers staying at Hyatt hotels will enable the Hotel Group to continue enhancing the guest experience to help leisure as well as corporate travellers to be more productive and stay connected during their trip. In addition, members of the Hyatt’s hotel loyalty programme with Gold Passport Diamond and Platinum tier status will be eligible for free upgrades to a premium Wi-Fi services at selected properties.
