The ETMS system combines the reporting of traveller's movements, prior to and during their travel, with stored archive history. The system also displays country-based risk intelligence, Government and Embassy warnings, international security updates and client-specific intelligence sources. These sources are continuously monitored and updated accordingly.
The ETMS allows security managers and administrators to ensure travelling executives adhere to corporate travel policies.
The system has also been designed for the rapid reaction, on a global basis, to any emerging or active security threat, through the use of its alerting and communication tools; simultaneously compiling incident and communication event logs.

The ETMS will pick up your employees' travel itineraries automatically and direct from the GDS (Global Distribution Systems) as and when the employees make their reservations with the corporate travel agent. This means an employee's travel destination is reported in real-time.
The system is operated through a secure internet based interface and utilises leading edge technology and software that has been developed by our provider's IT Security and Research Departments.
Finding the location of travelling employees is at best complicated, if not near impossible; however with ETMS, traveller location, contact information and valuable human resources information is available at your finger tips.
