How to use the system:

Apply for your personal LOGIN
When you receive your E-mail with LOGIN details you will be asked to changed your password the first time you use the system to one of your choice and ask you to complete your address etc..
The ASSISTANCE Tab has your help pages on Booking & Managing Your Booking

To Book

Select BOOKING tab & make a booking
Input your Journey then select TIMETABLE & FARE SEARCH
Input who is travelling then select PROCEED
The Fare Screen will default to Return Journey fares
For GREAT SAVINGS select the SHOW SINGLES button
Select your train time & Fare section by enabling the radio button then select NEXT
To save your journey in favourites for next time input a journey name
The system will automatically select your seat number hit PROCEED
Your seat numbers will appear then select NEXT
Type in the traveller name, your name & telephone number
Rail-line will post your ticket providing its no less than 3 working days ahead of the day you travel
If you select Ticket on Departure (TOD) there is a £4.95 charge
If you choose two single tickets, it will not be able to issue a TOD - you will need to book separately
Complete your credit card payment details
READ the Ticketing Restrictions & Terms before AGREE & ACCEPT BOOKING
Your confirmation & payment details will be E mailed to you

LOGOFF or You may be timed out

IMPORTANT TICKET ON DEPARTURE PROCEDURE

You must take your booking confirmation with you should the machine not work as proof of purchase for British Rail to issue you a new ticket.
The machine must read any credit or debit card with your name on & you will then enter the Collect Ticket reference (CTR) on your confirmation (top left)
