Travelling to UAE with prescription drugs

An interview on Radio Four this morning announced tighter controls for passengers entering the UAE countries carrying prescription drugs.

Warning
Carry your regular medications in your hand luggage making sure you carry your prescriptions with you and a letter from your family doctor stating that you are on the medications for medical reasons. This is to avoid problems at customs.

This is sound advice for your travellers to ANY destination.
